With my Online Training, we connect mindfulness with your workouts so that your motivation catches up with your body's hard work every step of the way.

Health

Custom workouts, personalized nutrition plans, monthly assessments - what more could you need? The drive to actually do it. That's where I come in. Each week, you and I will meet via Skype or FaceTime to talks goals, workouts, food logs, and more. You will then receive check-ins from me every other day to make sure you're on those workouts and taking steps to meet your goals. With full accountability and constant access to me, you will feel the fire underneath you and have support and motivation throughout your fitness journey.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER ONLINE PROGRAMS?

  • Many Online Training Programs provide a generic workout routine, leaving the weights, logistics, and motivation up to you. With Train with Jillian, you will receive workouts that are tailored to fit your needs and advanced each week to increase your success. On top of the workouts, your weekly coachings and additional communication with Jillian will keep you both accountable and motivated.

HOW PERSONALIZED IS THE PROGRAM?

  • You will receive 5 workouts at the start of every week. These workouts will be written with your specified goals in mind and the equipment available to you, whether you have a fully-equipped gym or a few weights at home. Not only do the workouts include repetition, set, and rest amounts, they also specify what weights to use - a rarity in online training programs. The workouts are advanced in difficulty each week and rotated out for new workouts every four weeks for your optimal success. Food log feedback in your weekly coaching is completely tailored to your goals, with Jillian coaching you through calorie intake, macronutrients, and food selection.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

  • Online training is incredibly convenient and allows you to choose your own workout schedule, flexibly eat foods available to you, and get in touch with Jillian throughout the week. Additionally, the price of a Train with Jillian program is a fraction of the cost of scheduling a personal trainer even once a week. 

IS THERE A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?

  • There is no long-term contract for training with Jillian. Clients have trained online with Jillian from four weeks to over two years. No matter what your schedule, Train with Jillian is available to you with no extended commitments.

  • No matter what form of training you receive from Jillian, positivity and the motivation to become your best self will be at the forefront of your coachings. Jillian's clients are pushed to give their best efforts and encouraged to do so through positive self-talk and laughter. The goal of training with Jillian - online or in person - is for you to fall in love with the process of creating your best life physically, spiritually, and mentally. 

CAN I TRAIN WITH JILLIAN IN PERSON?

  • If you live in New York City, you may train with Jillian in person based on availability. Jillian travels to her clients, providing health coaching, food log feedback, and monthly assessments so that your sessions are as convenient for you as possible. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Jillian resides in New York City and is a Certified Women's Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports medicine.

Jillian has additional certifications in Flexibility and Core Training and has had the privilege of working for fitness companies in Chicago, Dallas, and New York. Jillian is experienced in working with pre and postnatal women as well as clients dealing with a variety of chronic diseases and pain. Besides giving an effective workout, Jillian incorporates principles of self worth and positivity into her sessions and enjoys doing so for clients at any point in their fitness journeys.

In addition to training, Jillian is a musical theatre actress.
